Overview
This comprehensive senior first aid course teaches the principles of first aid and how to handle an emergency. What actions you take while you wait for an ambulance to arrive may just save a life.
Structure
The course contains three units structured into a one day program:
- HLTFA201B: Provide Basic Life Support
- HLTCPR201B: Perform CPR
- HLTFA301C: Apply First Aid
Outcomes
And, by the end of the Senior First Aid course participants will be able to:
- Provide first aid for a number of conditions
- Perform CPR
- Provide basic life support

- A First Aid course must be refreshed every three years.
Prerequisites
There are no formal qualification requirements to undertake our Senior First Aid course. We will provide you with a dedicated facilitator/coach, study materials and as much support as you need.
