Aled Roberts is a Senior Consultant with creativeintension. Aled’s early career was as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, followed by 20 years in senior finance roles with major blue chip corporations in Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific.
Consulting provides Aled with the opportunity to share his extensive corporate and finance expertise, and witness the benefits his clients realise from his strategic approach and supportive coaching.
The past decade has seen Aled provide consulting, training and mentoring services to the Armed Forces, and companies in broad a range of industries including mining, telecommunications, financial services and distribution.
Aled’s background positions him well to lead investigations into corporate initiatives (special projects, acquisitions / divestures, unit analysis etc) and report at Board level.
Aled is strong in supporting senior management with cultural/ structural change and invaluable with recruiting and development at senior management level. He focuses on assisting leaders to develop outstanding technical skills, and bring out the best in their people.
In addition to his accountancy qualification, Aled holds a Bachelor of Arts (French), Diploma in Management, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and is a qualified trainer in Lean and Six Sigma.
