Nicole Rich is a creativeintension Operations Manager charged with management some of our most complex and geographically diverse clients.
Nicole began her career in retail management for a major national sportswear company before moving into a senior customer account management role for Dunlop Slazenger. In this position, for which she held for over a decade, Nicole was instrumental in the effective management of large department store and retail chain accounts. Nicole has also worked in account management and administration roles for Pacific Brands.
Nicole thrives on the fast-past environment creativeintension's clients provide. She prides herself on her organisational skills, scheduling (and shuffling) abilities and her knack for overdelivering on client promises.
Nicole has a degree in Human Movement Science.
