Peter O’Brien is an experienced change management and leadership development consultant who joined creativeintension as a partner in 2011. Peter’s current focus is on people, leadership and change management. He lists his specialities as: organisational development & change management; senior human resource management; business process outsourcing; P&L management; business rationalisation; training and development; leadership (up to 2500 staff & up to 10 direct reports); project leadership and senior operations management.
Peter has held a number of senior executive and management positions at major international and Australian companies. He excels in building strong relationships from the office floor to the Board Room and is a highly effective and influential communicator. Peter was previously Managing Director of Pacific Rim Consultants and has also worked at EDS Australia, Westpac, Investment 2000 and Excellerate H20. He also had an eight year career in the Royal Australian Air Force.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics, a Diploma in Education and a Graduate Diploma in Digital Computer Engineering.
