Ross Judd has been working as a trainer, facilitator and coach for over 20 years, joining creativeintension in 2009. He has a wealth of experience in face-to-face and group coaching for a variety of industries including working with leaders in financial service organisations.
Ross’s expertise lies in leadership and management development, effective communication/communicating with influence; building and leading an achievement culture, effective team development and senior team alignment.
Running his own consultancy for 15 years, Ross worked with a number of leading companies such as VISA Australia, United Group Ltd – Rail Systems and the Department of Justice, Victoria. He also has a background in Retail Management, has been an in-house Training & Development Manager and a lecturer and tutor at UTS Sydney.
Ross holds a Masters Degree in Communication Management, is Accredited in OCI & LSI from Human Synergistics; DiSC and MBTI Accredited; Completed Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainer programs in NLP; Accredited in Situational Leadership; and is a facilitator of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
