Richard Harms – Senior Consultant

Richard Harms is a senior consultant at creativeintension working primarily with our mining and gas industry clients. Richard has over 10-years experience working in the Australian mining industry in a variety of training roles. He is passionate about professional development for training personnel and believes the enhancement of in-house training people and programs is key to retaining employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

Richard’s site experience has given him an in depth understanding of the issues companies face when implementing training solutions for their workforce. He is a respected on site consultant and trainer as he’s worked in frontline management positions and has spent many years managing and mentoring site trainers and assessors, and has held these positions himself.

Services Richard provides to clients include: Training Audits, Training Gap Analysis, Development & Implementation of Recognition (RPL) strategies for existing employees, Training Material Development and delivery of Nationally Accredited Training.

Richard holds a Diploma in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Management and is searching for time to complete his Arts degree majoring in Philosophy.
