Creativeintension started out as an organisational development company facilitating strategic thinking and cultural change for enterprises. We developed creative solutions to resolve the tension between corporate objectives and business reality. Our success grew through our expertise in organisational development, corporate cultural change, business process management and behavioural psychology. Our reputation strengthened through a commitment to be honest, even if the truth occasionally hurt.
Our organisational development work often identified significant training and accreditation needs within the organisation. Initially we outsourced this service, but we soon realised, we knew our client best. So, we built a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31739 – Corelink Pty Ltd t/as creativeintension) to tailor nationally recognised training to corporate needs and to help build effective leaders.
Today, creativeintension is a full service organisational development and registered training enterprise. We partner with companies to change culture, develop capability platforms and build leaders in a business. Our consultancy services are underpinned by nationally recognised training courses. Our current clients are primarily in ‘hard hat’ industries – mining, manufacturing, resources and utilities – however, our experience positions us well to service any enterprise.
